Refund Eligibility

You qualify for a full refund if any of the following apply:

• Score Below 90%: If you score less than 90% (or equivalent passing grade) on any exam we assisted with
• Failed Exam: If you do not pass a certification or pass/fail exam on first attempt
• Assignment Not Accepted: If your WGU Performance Assessment or assignment is returned for revisions more than twice
• Missed Deadline: If we fail to deliver completed assignments by agreed deadline
• Quality Issues: If assignment quality doesn't meet agreed standards or rubric requirements
• Technical Failures: If technical issues on our end prevent successful service delivery
• Any Dissatisfaction: If you're unhappy for any reason whatsoever with our service

How to Request a Refund

Refund Amounts

All refunds are for 100% of the amount paid - no partial refunds, no deductions, no fees. If you paid $200, you get $200 back. If you paid $500, you get $500 back. Simple math, fair treatment.

Special Circumstances

Multiple Services

If you purchased multiple services (e.g., help with all four GED subjects), refunds can be partial or full: If one service doesn't meet guaranteed standards, you receive a refund for that specific service. If you're unhappy with everything, full refund for all services.

WGU Performance Assessments

We guarantee WGU PAs pass on first or second submission. If your PA is returned for revisions a third time due to quality issues (not minor formatting that we can quickly fix), you receive a full refund. We also offer free revisions until your PA passes - your choice.

Online Course Completion

For course completion services, refunds apply if: course is not completed by agreed deadline, final grade is below B, or you're unsatisfied with the process or results.
