3.2 Payment Terms: All services operate on a pay-after-pass model. No upfront payment required. Payment is due only after you receive official passing results meeting our guaranteed standards (90%+ scores).

3.3 Service Delivery: We commit to providing services as agreed. Specific timelines vary by service type and will be confirmed when you accept our quote.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your exam/course requirements
• Follow our instructions for setup and connection
• Maintain confidentiality about our service and methods
• Make payment promptly after receiving passing results
• Use our services in accordance with your institution's policies (user discretion advised)
• Not share or resell our services to others

5. Our Guarantees

5.1 Score Guarantee: We guarantee minimum 90% scores on percentage-based exams. If you score below 90%, you receive a full 100% refund - no questions asked.

6. Refund Policy

8. Limitation of Liability

ExamBlaze provides educational assistance services. We are not liable for any academic consequences, institutional actions, or decisions made by educational institutions. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. Our refund policy is your primary remedy for unsatisfactory service.

9. Privacy & Data Protection
